All the Directors live locally and are constantly involved with all the goings on at the Easistore storage facilities. the Directors make sure each store, their facilities and our storage teams are all running smoothly and cohesively.
We want our customers to know everything about our company and make their storage experience as transparent as possible, that’s why you can read all about our Directors here and you can email them directly if you’d like to ask a question.
Our Directors have the experience and expertise of over 80 years between them. They create and implement new ideas and ensure the smooth running of our store teams. Our Board of Directors are not just storage experts, but nice guys too and as such, they are available for you to contact at any time, just see the details below.
Born in Sussex in 1964, I live locally in Tunbridge Wells with my wife Sally, and our two daughters Millie and Georgia.
I left Brighton Polytechnic in 1986 after completing a Mechanical Engineering Degree (B.Eng.). Having worked initially in the storage and materials handling industry, I founded Easistore in 1989.
My hobbies (after trying to keep our daughters out of mischief!) include: Skiing, sailing, rugby (sadly watching rather than playing these days!) and travelling.
I have served on the Board of Directors of the UK Self Storage Association, and was Chairman between 2008 and 2010.
Born in Oxford in 1967, I was educated at the International School of Amsterdam, the Chichester High School for Boys and then went on to York University where I read History and gained a BA (Hons) degree in 1988.
I then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand. There followed positions as a Financial Accountant for GE Thorn and Cray Electronics and later on by Seeboard based in Hove, where I was able to develop my skills in management accounting and systems development.
Ready for a new challenge, I joined Easistore in April 1998 as Finance Director and took on the task of introducing the concept of self storage to an unsuspecting world.
I now live in East Grinstead with my wife Helen and my two daughters and son, Charlotte, Sarah and Matt. In my spare time I enjoy good wine and good food, running, karate and have a cheeky sense of humour!
Born in Kent in 1969 and educated in Rochester, where I still live with my wife and two sons.
After completing my education I began a career in retail where I held many varied roles. All of which helped me develop my skills along with a passion for delivering quality service.
During this 15 year period I worked at many levels in several sectors including Garden centres & the Pet industry.
A career change in 2000 took me into the world of self-storage where I have spent the last 21 years. I joined Easistore in 2014.
I am a keen gardener and love spending time outdoors.
