The 5 most commonly asked questions whilst choosing Self Storage
We know that choosing self storage can be a daunting prospect, with so much choice how do you know if a self storage company is going to fully meet your needs? We've compiled 5 of the most important questions you need to know the answers to whilst deciding, along with Easistore's answers- hopefully making your decision a little bit easier!
Will my belongings be safe?
Every branch of Easistore is located in a secure, enclosed compound and constantly monitored by our digitally recorded CCTV system. Our intruder, heat and smoke alarm systems are up and running all day, every day to keep your possessions protected. Our swipe card entry system ensures only you have access to your belongings.
How much will it cost me? Are there any hidden charges?
Our handy quote tool will help you work out just how much storage you need and how much it will cost. Everything apart from insurance (available separately from Easistore at affordable rates) is included in the price, and if you find a lower storage quote elsewhere we will beat them on price! We also have a variety of special offers, including up to 4 weeks free and pre-pay discounts!
Is it easy to move my belongings into my storage space?
Each of our storage facilities has a copious amount of free customer parking, as well as covered loading bays to ensure your belongings are safe whatever the weather. What's more, our customers can make use of one of our moving vans free of charge to move your belongings all in one go, saving you both time and money.
When can I access my storage space?
Our long opening hours, seven days a week, give you plenty of time to get to your belongings as often as you require. 24 hour access is also available by prior arrangement.
What is the best way to pack my belongings?
We recommend planning before you begin, sorting items according to weight and fragility, make use of packing materials to ensure nothing will be damaged in transit. When unloading at your storage space, make sure you stack the heaviest items at the bottom and leave a walkway down the middle so you can access all your belongings with ease.
