Just wanted to say how pleased i am with the storage facilities at Maidenbower in Crawley. I have stored my belongings there for two and a half years, only thought it would be for a few months ! Have just recently moved into a new home and at last am able to retrieve some of them. The condition of my belongings kept in your storage facility are perfect, no deterioration or damage through damp etc;
The staff, all of them are very helpful and very accommodating and polite and courteous, and i have found are always willing to help in anyway they can. The products one can purchase from the retail area to help make the transition from home to storage are very very good especially the yellow storage plastic containers, and are very competively priced. Able to purchase these products from the storage facility saves so much time and money.
I am still keeping the room for a while longer, who knows how long ?
It is very reassuring to know my belongings are safe and well cared for.
Personally i cannot think how your facilities can be improved, and would have no hesitation in recommending your facilities to all my friends.
Just like to say well done for having the vision and courage to build the facility in the first place.

I have been most impressed with the level of service we have received and the facilities. I would most certainly recommend Easistore.
The free use of the van, this saved us in the region of £100 - £150 as we would have had to hire one. We were able to purchase packaging items and accessories and allowed to return them later on the same day for a refund if we had not used them (it is very difficult to judge how many rolls of bubble wrap etc you need). Everything was explained clearly, and excellent advice provided such as the size of room I would need (which was just the right size!). Any queries either by phone, email to face to face were dealt with quickly.
