Decide what size room or locker you need for your storage:

If you need to pack, get stocked up on all you need from our packaging supplies shop. We offer sale or return on packing items, so if you’re not 100% sure how much you’ll need – buy a bit more and simply return what you don’t need when you move in!
If you would like to take advantage of our free van hire, speak to a member of our team and reserve the van. Our vans are offered on a first come first served basis, so it pays to be organised in advance.
On the day of your move-in, speak to one of our friendly store team on arrival and they’ll quickly run through the paperwork with you and show you to your room. If you prefer, you can take care of this in advance but 99% of the time, you’ll do this the day you move in.
Pull up at the covered loading bay and unload your things. We provide huge trolleys for you to put your things on and wheel to your room. We also have fork lift trucks on standby which our trained store teams will operate for you if you need one.
Our stores are modern, purpose built and customer friendly, so finding your room is easy and our knowledgeable store teams are there to make sure you settle in okay, so if you’re unsure of anything, they’ll be able to advise you.
