2. Criteria

   • Prominent Location (must be highly visible)
     On principal roads or railway lines
   • Adjacent to Other Retailers
     Retail traffic generated in the area

3. Ideal Specification

   • Freehold Land
     0.75 - 2.5 Acres

4. Alternative Specification

   • Existing Building of 15 - 50,000 ft²
     Preferably freehold
     Good access & loading areas
     Parking for up to 15 vehicles
     B8 planning use
