Easistore is always on the lookout for potential new self storage sites and storage franchising opportunities in the South East. We already have four great stores in Crawley, Edenbridge, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, and are looking to expand our portfolio of stores in the South East in order to provide our fantastic self storage facilities to more and more people. We would be interested in potential sites around Kent, Sussex and London, especially in the Kingston and Brighton areas, so if you think you have a site that’s right for Easistore, let us know.

  • Prominent location (highly visible to traffic)
  • Adjacent to principle roads or railway lines
  • Adjacent to retailers with high traffic
  • Local population over 80,000

3. Site Specification

  • Freehold preferred, but will consider leasehold
  • Green/brown field site of 0.75 - 1.5 acres
  • Existing building of 12,000 - 30,000 sq ft (1100 - 2800sq m)
  • B8 planning use
  • Good access and loading areas
  • Parking for up to 15 vehicles
