Moving into Storage

We require two forms of ID before you can rent a room. The first must bear a photo (e.g. Passport or drivers licence) and the second a proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement).
Full contact details are required including an email address if available, and the name, address and telephone number of an alternative contact (for use should we be unable to reach you).

If you wish nominated friends, colleagues or associates to have access to your room, simply provide written consent and two forms of identification (as detailed above).
Our terms of storage require both 4 weeks rent paid in advance and the same amount as a refundable deposit. Both the security deposit and any unused rent (having given 14 days notice) are refundable when you move out.
Payment will be taken by direct debit or alternatively by credit / debit card. Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments.
You will need a padlock to secure your room and to which only you will hold the key. We sell padlocks in our packing supplies shop in store.
Your goods must be insured to their full replacement value whilst in store with us. We offer competitive rates, our insurance is available immediately and offers complete flexibility.
We do not charge VAT on storage rooms.
Rental Van terms and conditions are:
- Current UK drivers licence (photocard and paper counterpart) required (max. of 6 penalty points)
- Proof of address required
- A deposit of £750 will be required, this will be refunded provided the van is returned undamaged, accidental damage waiver is available
- Driver must be aged between 21 - 69 years
- Fuel not included. Van must be returned with same fuel level as it was on collection with fill up receipt.
