Easistore Self Storage Directors
Our Directors have the experience and expertise of 40 years between them. They create and implement new ideas and ensure the smooth running of our store teams. Our board of directors are not just experts, but nice guys too and as such, they are available for you to contact at any time.

Paul Glenister
Founder and Managing Director
Born in Sussex in 1964, I live locally in Tunbridge Wells and am the proud father of two daughters; Millie and Georgia.
I left Brighton Polytechnic in 1986 after completing a Mechanical Engineering Degree (B.Eng.). Having worked initially in the storage and materials handling industry, I founded Easistore in 1989.
My hobbies (after trying to keep my daughters out of mischief!) include: Motor racing, skiing, sailing, rugby (sadly watching rather than playing these days!) and travelling.
I have served on the Board of Directors of the UK Self Storage Association, and was chairman between 2008 and 2010.
Simon Bidgway
Finance Director
Born in Oxford in 1967, I was educated at the International School of Amsterdam, the Chichester High School for Boys and then went on to York University where I read History and gained a BA (Hons) degree in 1988.
I then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand. There followed positions as a Financial Accountant for GE Thorn and Cray Electronics and later on by Seeboard based in Hove, where I was able to develop my skills in management accounting and systems development.
Ready for a new challenge, I joined Easistore in April 1998 as Finance Director and took on the task of introducing the concept of self storage to an unsuspecting world.
I now live in East Grinstead with my wife Helen and my 3 daughters, Charlotte, Sarah and Katie. In my spare time I enjoy good wine and good food, running, karate and have a cheeky sense of humor!
Adam Lacey
Sales Director
After working with several companies in sales and marketing management, I joined Easistore in 1997 as Sales Manager and have been fortunate in seeing the company expand dramatically since.
Being involved in all aspects of the business as it has grown has helped me gain a great deal of knowledge and experience along the way and I am now the Sales Director here at Easistore.
We pride ourselves on being a privately owned local business and for me, living locally to our stores and the many customers we have gives me a great deal of pride and satisfaction when friends and acquaintances refer to how Easistore has helped them with all sorts of storage requirements over the years.
Born in 1966, I am married with 3 children and when not at Easistore, I like to holiday in France for both the sun and snowboarding, I cycle to keep fit which is more of a challenge these days and I am also a local Parish Councillor of the Parish of Worth.
