30 day returns policy

We hope you will be pleased with your Easistore packing supplies purchase. However, should you wish to return any items bought from us, we will be happy to offer a full refund provided the products are returned to us unopened, unused and in a fully re-saleable condition* within 30 days of delivery. Your refund will be processed to your credit card within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Delivery is non-refundable except in instances of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods supplied.

Delivery Terms for Online Packing Supplies Orders

We deliver to the UK - exc. Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.

Our standard delivery charge is £8.95 per order and we try our very best to provide a 48 hour delivery service on orders received between Monday and Thursday before 13:00 but this is not a guaranteed service. Orders received at any other time will be delivered within approximately 3-5 working days.
